Starring Wesley Snipes, Ice T, Chris Rock and Judd Nelson, the action gangster movie was made in 1991 at the peak of Wesley’s acting career. Wesley played the role of Nino Brown, a rising drug-lord in New York City during the crack epidemic. Ice-T played Scotty Appleton, a detective who vows to stop Nino’s criminal activity by going undercover to work for Nino’s gang.
