Remy Ma, born Reminisce Smith (now Mackie) is a Bronx, New York-bred rapper and reality show personality.
Remy Ma is famously known for her hits, “Lean Back,” “Ante Up” and “All the Way Up” featuring fellow rapper, Fat Joe.
In 2008, Remy married rapper Papoose, Born Shamele Mackie.
Remy was incarcerated for an eight-year conviction.
In August 2014, Remy was released. She renewed her vows with Mackie in July after 10 years of marriage. Mackie is of Liberian descent.
