51-year old white man severely punches under 12-year old black girl
In a very despicable and malicious incident, a 51-year old white man who could not pick someone his own size was filmed brutally punching an under 12-year old girl during an altercation at the Asheville Mall in North Carolina.
According to News 13, the coward and bully, David Steven Bell, was subsequently arrested by an off-duty officer and charged with one count of assault on a female under 12 and two counts of assault on a female.
