Ndidi Mwuneli runs nonprofit organization LEAP Africa, which offers corporate coaching services to small and medium enterprises. She is also a co-founder of AACE Foods, a food processing company in Nigeria. The 41-year-old social entrepreneur was honored with the Member of Federal Republic title by Nigeria’s president in 2004.
