Kenyan legislators have been in the news for all the wrong reasons, from corruption to fighting on the floor. The 416 legislators have also been accused of haphazardly increasing their salaries, pushing the already bloated wage bill even higher.
Just recently, they angered Kenyans for going to the World Cup in Russia instead of focusing on the most important issues in the country, including the corruption scandals and high costs of living.
