Giant Bullfrog

Also known as the pixie frog, the giant bullfrog is found in Namibia, Angola, Kenya, Malawi, and Zambia to list a few countries.  Though the bullfrog is aggressive when handled with force, this fact has not stopped the Ovambo people of Namibia from enjoying this amphibian as a tasty treat.  Care must be taken when handling bullfrogs as they emit a poisonous substance when they bite.  Their venom can cause kidney failure or a burning sensation in the urethra.
