After his most recent car show event, which saw over 12,000 participants, Rick Ross is being sued. Darris Straughter, who claims he received multiple assurances that there would be a wheelchair-accessible shuttle bus to the event, is suing Ross, according to TMZ.

The man says the rapper advertised his car show as an amazing opportunity to visit his property, but he never got the chance.

The disgruntled fan claims he secured a ticket for Ross’ Car & Bike Show and paid for his travel and accommodation, even selling his car to do so.

He further alleges that he notified the venue two weeks in advance that he required appropriate wheelchair services.

Straughter claims that the car show organizers promised him a shuttle to transport him from the parking lot to the event, but despite eagerly waiting for several hours, it never arrived. After losing patience, he gave away his ticket and returned to his hotel.

John Hoover, Esq., his attorney, argues that although event organizers had promised refunds to those who were unable to enter, no one ever got in touch with him.

Thus, in addition to seeking damages and an order compelling the car show to grant disabled access going forward, he is suing Ross for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

According to HipHopDX, on June 1, Ross held his third annual auto show at his expansive Promise Land home in Fayetteville, Georgia.

He revealed the incredible prize he would be giving away to one lucky winner a few days ahead of the performance.

In a video posted online, the MMG billionaire showed a $130,000 37-carat VVS diamond vehicle key that he intended to give away at the car show.
