Naby Keita, Guinea

Born in 1995 in Conakry, Guinea, Naby Keita is a renowned footballer who plays as a midfielder. Currently, he plays for RB Leipzig F.C in Germany. He is expected to join Liverpool in England in July 2018 after he agreed to sign a transfer contract in advance.

Keita started playing for his hometown club Horoya AC at the age of nine. He later moved to France in 2012 to join F.C. Istres where he made his debut for the club’s first team in November 2013. The 22-year-old is known for his physical power and vision to go past his opponents.

Last season, Keita registered more dribbles than Bayern Munich’s winger Arjen Robben in the Bundesliga. His RB Leipzig’s manager describes his as “indispensable”.
