It has emerged that singer Beyoncé made sure Vice President Kamala Harris experienced the magic of her Renaissance World Tour. According to AP, the annual financial disclosure reports released on May 15 revealed that Beyoncé gifted Harris concert tickets worth $1,665.92.
The “Cowboy Carter” singer wanted the Vice President to participate in one of her concerts. Harris and her husband, Doug Emhoff, attended Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour at FedExField in Landover, Maryland.
She shared photos on social media recently, wearing a sparkling button-up top, white pants, and gold shoes and jewelry.
“Thanks for a fun date night, @Beyonce!” Harris wrote on social media.
In October, Harris revealed that “Break My Soul” was one of her favorite tracks from Beyoncé’s Renaissance album.
“I just love that song,” Harris told People. “I play it all the time. I think it’s one of the anthems for women . . . when [Beyoncé says] ‘you,’ you could be life, you could be a person, you could be a situation. You will not break my soul. I can endure.”
The Vice President’s financial disclosure report also revealed that ESPN gifted her $1,890 tickets to the HBCU Celebration Bowl at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, where her alma mater, Howard University, played against Florida A&M.
Both Harris and President Joe Biden reported no conflicts of interest in their financial disclosures.
