The Christmas holidays are closer than you think. So whiles you are buying all your gifts and doing your holiday shopping, don’t forget that aspect of the holiday preparations often left to the last minute – movies.

What is your movie lineup? Instead of spontaneously going to your streaming service and watching whatever is available, this is the time to queue all your favorite black holiday movies and get snuggled in for a proper Christmas movie binge.

Be sure to spread the Christmas cheer and enjoy your holidays, starting with this movie lineup.

The Preacher’s Wife

This film reinforces the message of love and faith which is what Christmas is all about. Whitney Houston, Denzel Washington and Courtney B. Vance play lead roles in this Christmas flick.

Best Man Holiday

This movie portrays what friendship is all about, love, drama, humor and forgiveness. There is a little bit of everything in this sequel to the original movie The Best Man.

The Last Holiday

Here, a woman who has lived a life she didn’t really like decides to live freely when she realizes her safe life might be slipping away. This movie only goes to show us that we only have one life, so we need to make the most out of it.

This Christmas

This holiday classic is about love, family traditions and a little bit of drama. Christmas is the time everyone goes home to be with family and that is not without its setbacks. Watch how this family brave their Christmas holidays together.

T’was The Chaos Before Christmas

Two families are booked for the same vacation for the Christmas and their different family traditions clash. This is a movie that teaches us about compromise and acceptance.

One Crazy Christmas

Christmas family dinners can be overwhelming sometimes and when unexpected guests show up in the movie Sabrina (Tammy Townsend) realizes she has a lot on her plate.

For the Love of Christmas

Christmas is a time to give back to society and a time to share with the less privileged. A couple have packed up their spirit of giving in a tight box till a homeless man reminds them to spread the holiday cheer.

Black Nativity

This star-studded Christmas movie is about self-discovery and reconnecting with our roots. Langston (Jacob Latimore) spends the holidays with his estranged grandparents and goes on a journey of self-discovery, teaching him more about faith and family.
