Karen Smith

The 53-year-old elementary school teacher in San Bernardino, California expressed thoughts of wanting to divorce her husband.

He decided to kill her instead.

On April 10, 2017, Cedric Anderson went to his wife’s school and shot his wife to death. Anderson also killed an 8-year-old boy and wounded a 9-year-old.

Anderson also turned the gun on himself.

Smith’s mother, Irma Sykes commented to the Los Angeles Times, “He killed her, and he killed himself, and I want to see what he’s going to say to God about that.”
