Born and raised in the city of New Orleans, Charisma Declouet is an accomplished entrepreneur with a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and a Master’s in Business Administration.

She is a cancer survivor and the founder of Nature Girl Cosmetics. The brand is an innovative cosmetic line that is revolutionizing the beauty industry while committing to non-toxic ingredients and vegan formulations.

The brand offers a diverse and cruelty-free range of beauty products that cater to all skin types and preferences. They include long-lasting lipsticks to talc-free pigmented highlighters and blushes and each item is carefully crafted to provide a luxurious and non-toxic beauty experience, Declouet told Black Business.

“By combining the power of nature with innovative formulations, Nature Girl Cosmetics allows individuals to express their unique beauty while making conscious choices for their well-being,” the platform added.

Declout started her venture due to her passion for business and cosmetics and her love for nature, which started at a young age while helping her mother with pot planting.

While celebrating her new venture, Declout was sadly diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. This was five months after she launched her business. Nonetheless, she channeled her strength and resilience into her battle with cancer.

Her survival story has inspired many individuals to embrace their inner beauty and beat life’s challenges.

Today, each of her cosmetic items “captures the essence of blooming flowers, lush forests, beautiful oceans, and the vibrant colors found in nature, allowing customers to enhance their beauty while feeling connected to the earth,” according to Black Business.
