Drake has achieved a remarkable RIAA milestone and has broken a record that was previously held by The Beatles.
According to Chart Data, he is now the artist with the most cumulative weeks of charting on the Billboard 200, surpassing the renowned British rock band.
Drake’s albums have now spent over 3,348 weeks in the charts, a streak that dates back to 2009’s So Far Gone.

The Beatles had held the record with 3,311 weeks, according to HipHopDX.
Drake’s albums have had outstanding lifespans, with many projects charting for hundreds of weeks each.
With 358 total entries, 80 Top 10s, and 42 Top 5s, Drake leads the game in Billboard Hot 100 figures, according to The Express Tribune. Drake’s figures are as impressive as his music, with 14 solo No. 1 albums and over 500 million RIAA-certified records. Chart Data reported on April 8 that the rapper has extended his lead as the highest-certified artist in RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America) history.
In an earlier interview with Complex, the Chart Data account’s anonymous owner made it clear that the account, which is well-known for its straightforward reporting, has received praise from the industry for its accuracy. “Numbers don’t lie. Having the information to confirm chart placement verifies the validity of the system.”
According to Revolt, what makes this win hit even harder is the timing. Many critics believed Drake would lose part of his hold on the charts after a contentious lyrical feud with Kendrick Lamar.
The 38-year-old’s current single, “NOKIA,” from his collaborative album Some Sexy Songs 4 U with PARTYNEXTDOOR, debuted at No. 3 on the Hot 100, becoming his highest solo hit since 2023.
After initially falling out of the Top 5, the single returned because of the cinematic video created by Theo Skudra.
