Television journalist, Don Lemon recently announced that his episodes were not uploading on X (formerly Twitter) and that Elon Musk, the platform’s owner, had canceled the agreement for his forthcoming talk show.

Lemon claimed that shortly after interviewing the multibillionaire for the show’s premiere, Musk ended the collaboration.

The popular journalist said, “Elon Musk has canceled the partnership I had with X, which they announced as part of their public commitment to amplifying more diverse voices on their platform.” “Hours after I interviewed him on Friday, he told me his decision.”

Elon Musk is believed to have noted in response to the tweet that The Don Lemon Show will continue despite the canceled deal with X.

Although Lemon’s show is “welcome to publish” on X, the social network has chosen not to enter into a commercial partnership with it, according to a statement released by the company on X’s business account.

According to Lemon, Musk volunteered for the interview, and his inquiries about SpaceX and the presidential election were “respectable.” Although he says the two had a “good conversation,” Musk was feeling differently.

In an effort to transform the social media platform into a “video first” platform, Musk and X CEO Linda Yaccarino have Lemon’s show as one of the first original shows scheduled to premiere on the platform.

Episodes of the show were scheduled to premiere only on the platform three times a week. Along with Lemon’s creation, X announced two more original shows in January – one hosted by Jim Rome, a former Fox Sports host, and the other by former congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard.
