Empire: Taraji P. Henson Reveals Trick She Used To Prevent Terrence Howard From Getting Aroused During Bedroom Scenes

Taraji P. Henson has reveal some few aces under her sleeve, but one in particular got her and Terrence Howard through their sultry scenes together on Empire.

In an interview with Angie Martinez, the 44-year-old revealed how Cookie maintains her composure during filming, all for the sake of her on screen spouse.

Henson clarified that, mostly because they have been such good friends for more than ten years, Howard “hates” filming sex scenes with her.

“He’s like one of my coolest male friends in life,” she said. “He detests it, therefore. You have to maintain their professionalism because you have to keep the boys. When they are aroused, they are powerless to stop it.

He continued telling his male member, “Don’t do that!” each time we lay there. Please don’t! “Taraji will punch me!” So then I said, ‘You know, I will sock you in the throat.'”

But Taraji had an idea, one that would prevent the old friends from being too awkward with one another.

“I guess I’ll have to keep my pants on,” he says. And I replied, “Okay, take care of business.” Allow me to assist you.

I used to say, “Daddy, why are you on top of me?” in a tiny child’s voice every time he would go on top of me. Mommy, where are you? How come the door is closed? “Oh no!” would be his reaction. But it was successful,” she said.

“‘Why are you touching me, Daddy?’ I would say to you: “Aw, no, that is twisted,” he exclaimed.

But guess what? We got through the scene really quickly.
