Tomatoes
Tomatoes are credited with quite a number of health benefits. When cooked mildly or consumed raw, tomatoes ensure your skin looks young at all times. Nutritional experts are of the opinion that tomatoes protect your skin against ultraviolet light, enable your skin to take in oxygen, delay aging and wrinkling, and protect against the risk of skin cancer, which has become a deadly disease among this generation. Also, tomato paste can be used as a face mask – lycopene in tomatoes will protect your skin from sun rays and leave it smooth and bright.

Raw tomato juice is also considered to be rich in vitamins and minerals: a source of Vitamins A, K, B1, B2, B3, B5, and B6, along with minerals like magnesium, iron, and phosphorous. Other benefits include a stronger immune system, improved vision, healthier hair.
