Water
The benefits of water are enormous. Drinking an adequate amount of water daily is important for overall good health. Its benefits trickle down into every part of the body, from the hair to the organs, including our bodies’ largest organ, the skin. Water keeps it hydrated, which in turn makes it appear plumper and less wrinkled. Claims have been made that drinking water gives you a radiant, healthy, younger-looking complexion.

Drinking at least eight glasses a day will help rid the body and skin of toxins. Water aids blood circulation and helps in the transport of necessary nutrients to all body cells, making you look and feel good. The best times to drink water are first thing when you wake up in the morning and anytime of the day before you get thirsty.
