At 12 years old, Khethi Ngwenya was already selling firecrackers with his aunt during holidays. At the age of 17, he was elected CEO of the Young Entrepreneurs of Soweto, an organization that nurtures young entrepreneurs. In 2010, 26-year-old Ngwenya founded School Media, a company that connects brands with schools by helping clients rent advertising space in schools. Currently, the company has eight employees and turns over $375,000 a year.
