Art made of recycled glass

In Swaziland, glass is collected, recycled and made into useful items and art.  The glass is collected by locals and sent to a number of outlets including Ngwenya Glass factory where they are recycled and turned into various ornaments by hand.

A similar factory in Kenya is called Kitengela Glass. The glass can be used on its own or combined with other materials such as scrap metal to create beautiful artworkk and useful household and outdoor tools.
