Donald Trump‘s presidential victory has shocked the world especially Hollywood looking at how actors, celebrities, and media personalities took to social media to throw their support behind Kamala Harris.

On Wednesday, November 6, the Republican candidate strolled to victory following a chaotic campaign dogged by anger, insults, and divisive tactics.

In the run-up to the elections, some of the biggest stars kept quiet about their voting choices, while others openly endorsed Harris.

Celebrities like Beyonce, Oprah Winfrey, Harrison Ford, Kelly Washington, and Cardi B were among those to voice their support for the Democratic candidate.

Some celebrities’ reactions were swift on social media, even before the pivotal state of Pennsylvania was called.

While some Hollywood figures lamented the state of affairs and made clear their fears for the future under a second Trump administration, others were quick to congratulate the incoming President of the United States of America.

Below are a few of the reactions from some of our favorite stars.
