A male YouTuber has shared what he did to get himself into great shape and gained an incredible weight loss of 77 pounds.

Khamar Brown chose to deny himself his cravings and opt for meals that came with only fruits and vegetables.

He went “raw vegan” for 90 days and lost 77 pounds in the process.

The YouTuber took to his channel to document the entire process that led to the massive transformation and revealed his secret to putting behind his cravings whenever they popped up.

“I strictly ate fruits and raw veggies,” he said. “No cooked food. No liquor. No hot food. None of that.”

Brown stated that he only fed on vegetables for the first month, consuming the likes of cucumbers, tomatoes and avocados.

He then went on to add fruits days after with a blend of bananas, pineapples, berries, peaches, grapes and apples.

Brown mostly had the fruit meals pre-packaged, yet he revealed anytime the temptation of having something stronger came in, he would make a smoothie from a combination of some fruits placed into a blender.

The male YouTuber revealed that with time, his appetite for excessively eating junk food drastically reduced.

Brown also stated that before he took on just fruits and vegetables, he did three days of the OMAD diet, in which you reportedly eat just one meal a day.

The Male YouTuber also made it clear that his reasons for taking on the diet were highly personal.

“It was either between this diet or the military,” he said, noting that he had gone through something “very traumatic” in December that “rolled over” into the new year.

Brown said he undertook this to gain a sense of structure that either the army or a strict diet could bring.

“This journey goes beyond losing weight,” he said. “For me, it was a spiritual journey, it was a healing journey … it was a whole lot of journeys combined into one.”

He revealed that he found inspiration from fitness influencer Gee Bryant, who also took on a three-month “raw vegan” diet.

Brown bought Bryant’s PDF which served as a guide of what to eat for the first two weeks.

Three months after embarking on the fitness journey, the YouTuber lost an astonishing 77 pounds, from 282 to 205.

He insisted that he was able to attain the incredible feat despite “not working out at all.”

He then advised viewers on how to beat cravings. “The first month I would say I had cravings,” he said. “Things I never even ate before.”

He added that in the first week of the diet, he yearned for a Jersey Mike’s sandwich.

However, “oddly enough,” after watching a few people order the sub on TikTok, the craving died down.

Brown stated that anytime he began craving something that was far from his diet plan, he would watch similar content in seeing other people eat.

Health experts have indicated that distracting yourself can prove key in dealing with addictions and cravings, and the YouTuber may have just inspired his generation to eat healthy and control the desire for junk food.
