Memphis rapper GloRilla went straight to the point when she took to X (formally Twitter) to shoot her shot at NBA superstar Damian Lillard after she met him during the All-Star Weekend.

The Grammy-nominated rapper, whose real name is Gloria Hallelujah Woods, clearly made her intentions toward the Milwaukee Bucks star known when she shared a photo she took with him during Sunday’s All-Star game.

“Who n**** dis is? Cause I want him #GetEmGlo,” the 24-year-old posted on Monday alongside the photo. The F.N.F. rapper also appeared to state that she wasn’t scared if the 33-year-old basketball star had a partner. “Whoever she is can’t whoop me so I really dgaf (don’t give a f***),” she added.

The rapper, however, deleted the posts after making the bold move, Daily Mail reported. GloRilla shooting her shot at Lillard crowned up what was a memorable night for the Milwaukee Bucks star as he was crowned this year’s NBA All-Star Game MVP. Lillard, who was a starter for the Eastern Conference, finished the game with 39 points, helping his team in their 211-186 victory over the Western Conference.

The Eastern Conference also broke the record for the most points scored by a team in an All-Star game. The 2016 Western Conference team set the previous record, which was 196.

Outside basketball, Lilliard in 2023 made a major change in his life after he filed for divorce from his wife Kay’La. Per Willamette Week, the Milwaukee Bucks star filed the divorce in Clackamas County Circuit Court in Oregon. The 33-year-old, who shares three children with Kay’La, cites irreconcilable differences “that caused the irremediable breakdown of their marriage.”

Responding to the divorce filing in a statement, Lillard’s attorney told the news outlet that the basketball star and his family “ask that their privacy be respected during this sensitive time and presently have no further comment.”

Lillard and Kay’La started dating during their college years at Utah’s Weber State University. The pair tied the knot in September 2021. In a 2021 interview with Ebony, the 8x NBA All-Star opened up about how Kay’La “took care of” him when he was in college.

“She had the car, an apartment and bent over backwards for me. Kay’La accepted me with all my flaws as a young man,” Lillard said.

Lillard’s divorce filing also came after the Portland Trail Blazers traded him to the Milwaukee Bucks in a blockbuster 3-team swap. The 33-year-old spent 11 years with the Trail Blazers and was their star player. He is also the franchise’s all-time leading scorer.
