If there was such a war as has been theorized, that would worsen the refugee crises in the Middle East. These vulnerable people would be seeking new homes and Africa will be an option.
With rising anti-immigration sentiments in Europe and the sheer magnitude of war challenges for the EU, Middle Eastern refugees would turn to Africa.
The AU should have a plan.
