A Colombian man who undertook plastic surgery has gone viral on social media after the transformation left him looking about 20 years younger.
A video showing the manās clip before and after images has got many talking on TikTok, and that clip has gained over 1 million views and more than 12,000 comments.
In the images from the video, the Columbian man has striking changes to many aspects of his face, and they make his jawline and cheekbones appear more organized and narrow.

Dr Cami MartĆnez, the medic behind the surgery revealed that the man had undergone what she labelled a āBaby Face Procedure with Facial Masculinisationā.
This procedure involves a process of treatments like injectables and fat removal, to make all angles of the face tightened and also give an impression of bone structure that is more defined, as per reports.
In the video, Dr MartĆnez stated that the man made the decision to change the shape of several facial features, including his chin, neck, nose, cheeks and eyelids.
On Social media, users have been full of praise for the results with many in shock as to how effective the procedure was.
āHe went from 42 to 24,ā one user wrote. āA 50+-year-old into a 19-year-old, thatās pure magic,ā another stated.
āGlow up of the century! Dude looks 10 years fresherā, said a third.
For some others, they believe the change was a bit extreme and made it seem as though the man had completely changed his identity.

Some comments also saw users joke that the man was likely creating issues for his future, insisting his children may not turn out to resemble him when they grow up.

There were some men in the comment section reaching out to Dr MartĆnez on how to book a similar procedure and get abreast with the details involved in the plastic surgery.

Oftentimes, the goal of the baby face procedure is to make one look younger or have chubby cheeks, tweaking their facial looks.
The Columbian man seems to have met his goal, but it is still unknown as to whether many other men in the comments under the viral post will actually thread a similar path in undertaking plastic surgery.
