Poem: Be Still

Meditation

Be still and ADMIRE

Be still and CON-TEMPLATE

Be still and EX-PLORE

Be still and GAZE

Way before you were made flesh you had a will.

Your willingness to exist allowed you to be created.

Your willingness to be made, made it possible for you to exist.

Life in itself is from an invisible Creator and Maker, please be still.

Our existence comes from that God you and eye cannot see still.

Be still and keep on GAZING

Be still and keep on EXPLORING

Be still and keep on CONTEMPLATING

Be still and keep on ADMIRING because life is short.

When you will be no more, recall this moment please.

You are in it for the long run;

here is love.
