The National Caribbean American Republican Assembly (NCARA) proudly announces the appointment of Counsel Stephen Ochieng Nyandiare as Advisor for African-Caribbean-American International Relations, effective April 11, 2025.
In this vital leadership role, Counsel Nyandiare will provide strategic counsel on advancing diplomatic, economic, and cultural collaboration between African, Caribbean, and American communities. His appointment reinforces NCARA’s mission to promote global engagement, cultural unity, and prosperity within the African and Caribbean diasporas.

As Advisor, Counsel Nyandiare will lead key initiatives, including: shaping policy recommendations and thought leadership on African-Caribbean-American relations, supporting diplomatic and trade engagements with mutual benefit, representing NCARA in international forums, delegations, and conferences, as well as creating strategic frameworks to expand economic opportunities and cultural exchange.
