Kevin Hart may have just reignited his prank feud with Nick Cannon after he gifted the rapper and actor a condom vending machine ahead of Valentine’s Day. The 41-year-old’s latest gift comes after he recently announced he’s expecting his eighth child, so that could explain the motive behind Hart’s humorous prank.
Cannon took to Instagram on Monday to share a photo of him standing beside the fully-stocked and illuminated machine. “Looks like somebody just sent me an early Valentine’s Day gift!! Vending Machine full of Magnums,” the TV personality captioned.
It didn’t take too long for Hart to admit he sent over the gift as he reposted Cannon’s photo on his Instagram page with a very teasy caption. “I see u got my gift @nickcannon ….GOTCHA B**CH!!!!!!,” the comedian wrote. “Now u don’t have an excuse because the condoms are free #PrankWars.”
Last week, Cannon confirmed he was expecting his eighth child with model Bre Tiesi, PEOPLE reported. That was after he was spotted at a gender reveal party with Tiesi. The news also came about a month after Cannon’s five-month-old son Zen succumbed to cancer. The Drumline actor shared the deceased infant with model Alyssa Scott. And he was his 7th child.
In an appearance on the Drink Champs podcast last October, Cannon said he was embarking on a celibacy journey on the advice of his therapist. “I have enough children, enough frolicking. I’m good right now. … I’m trying. I didn’t say I’m perfect,” he said at the time.
But after it recently came out he was expecting a baby with Tiesi, Cannon clarified he was still celibate, adding that he took that decision after he got to know Tiesi was pregnant. “I felt like I was out of control and honestly, celibacy did help me through the journey of getting one with myself and being able to deal with this,” Cannon said on his show last week.
This also isn’t the first time Cannon and Hart have humorously pranked each other. In July last year, Hart shared Cannon’s private phone number on billboards in three major cities, Billboard reported. That was to get back at Cannon after he sent him a llama.
“For any advice on fatherhood ? Call my best friend Nick Cannon,” read the billboards. “Hey guys! here is his cell #.”
