On Saturday, Nigeria voted to determine who would become the nation’s next president, with incumbent Goodluck Jonathan and former military ruler Muhammadu Buhari as the country’s appearing to be neck and neck. In some regions, polling glitches from new electronic card readers forced election voting to be extended to Sunday.
