Serena Williams is a Stuart Weitzman model and its VitalVoices Global Partnership ambassador. Her latest ad campaign for the luxury shoe brand features her daughter Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr. This marks the first fashion campaign for the mother-daughter duo and the images are flawless.

The bond between Serena Williams and her three-year-old daughter is undeniable and the pair keep winning our hearts.

In the ad campaign, cleverly titled ‘Footsteps to Follow’, Williams and her “mini-me” model the brand’s spring 2021 range of sandals and boots in matching white athletic outfits and black catsuits that is a sight for sore eyes.

“The best part of being a mom, for me, is having responsibility. Someone that really relies on me,” the 39-year-old says in a video she shared on Instagram Tuesday. “And it is waking up every day to see her so happy to see me. It’s a feeling I never thought I would experience.”

The 23-time Grand Slam winner and her daughter play dress-up all the time and they both have a love for fashion and sports. “Olympia is trying on my shoes all the time, it’s so fun — she loves to try them on, and we play in them,” she told WWD.

Little Alexis has been spotted on the gram a few times at training sessions with her mother and seen cheering her on during her matches. However, the youngest owner of a pro sports team in history still has the liberty to choose any career path she pleases, and her mother and Reddit founder dad still want her to choose her career path. Whatever that may be, Ohanian Jr has the support of her parents.

She even teaches her mon a thing or two. According to Williams, Olympia teaches her to be a stronger person each day.

“I don’t know if I hope Olympia follows in my footsteps,” Williams, who designs her fashion line, explains in a video on the Stuart Weitzman site. “I want her to do whatever she wants to do and what’s best for her.”

Edmundo Castillo, Weitzman’s Global Head of Design, said that the designs in the collection were curated with “an intentional, artful approach to design, engineering, and craftsmanship.”

Williams and Olympia brought their spice to the campaign and the internet went wild over the cuteness overload in the photos and the bond shared between the GOAT and her daughter.
