Born in Kinshasa on March 5, 1996, Emmanuel Mudiay is a professional basketball player who has had stints with NBA teams including the Denver Nuggets, New York Knicks and Utah Jazz. Mudiay lost his father at a very young age. He eventually immigrated to the United States with his family to escape the Second Congo War.
