A man accused of practicing medicine without a license and conducting ultrasounds on the genitals of men after convincing them to come over to his apartment has been convicted.
Per Local 12 WKRC-TV, authorities said the convicted man, identified as Rudel Saunders, used a training license to practice medicine. Saunders faced a bench trial, and he was convicted on Tuesday.
The complaints stated that Saunders managed to perform the ultrasounds on the men after he told them that he was undergoing a training program and had to fulfill a specified number of the test.

His claims were, however, labeled as false by the medical board. Saunders was not under any form of supervision when the men came to his apartment to undergo the ultrasounds in his bedroom.
Saunders was additionally charged with sexual imposition and voyeurism, but he was acquitted of those charges in April.
On Tuesday, Saunders was found guilty of two counts of practicing medicine without a license.
Even though nonviolent offenders in Ohio are usually sentenced to probation, he faces up to 12 months in prison on each count. A sentencing date is yet to be set.
Saunders’ license to practice medicine was revoked in 2023 due to the allegations.
