“I named this [project] Born In The Wild because I really want to share my journey, my story, and my life after being seen. There was lot of hurdles I had to cross and I just wanted to give a perspective of what it is like to come from where I am from.

“The reason why it is ‘wild’ for me is that the culture is really survival of the fittest culture. It’s very fast…if you don’t work hard, you gonna drown and everybody is fighting all the time…the road rage is crazy,” she stated and described the music industry as “survival of the fittest.”

Amid the challenges, the record producer said she did her “best to remain true and pure” to herself over the years.
