Adelanwa Adesanya
In November 2017, Adesanya was selected to be in the ‘Healthcare’ sub-list of the Forbes 30 Under 30 for 2017. The 27-year-old business executive and digital health specialist in June 2013 founded Moving Analytics, a company which helps hospitals manage the heart disease of their patients by implementing a home-based cardiac rehab programme. These programmes take place after cardiac surgery and this gives hospitals the chance to reduce re-admissions. Moving Analytics has since partnered with Stanford to deliver cardiac rehab via a smartphone. They have raised $2 million. In February 2015, Shuo Qiao, who is now 27, joined the company as a co-founder. Adesanya attended the University of Houston, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. He subsequently earned a Master’s degree in Engineering and Industrial Management from the University of Southern California in 2013.
