Arkansas suffers from a low labor force participation rate, which reduces the pool of available employees for your business, Seek Capital says. “Entrepreneurial activity is fairly low as well, with only 0.29 percent of Arkansas’s population becoming entrepreneurs. Arkansas economic growth was mediocre in the last year, seeing a 2.5 percent increase in GDP,” it added.
