While walking barefoot is widely seen as a sign of poverty, to some people, it is a way of representing what they think and what they believe.

While other celebrities spend huge chunks of money on the most expensive brands of footwear, some have decided to ditch the idea for quite a number of reasons.

Here are black artists who have been known to embrace “earthing” as a part of their lives and careers.
