Murder

Bemba had also been accused of and charged with murder, constituting crimes against humanity and war crimes.

The MLC fighters killed hundreds of civilian around Bangui, PK12, PK22, Bozoum, Damara, Sibut, Bossangoa, Bossembélé, Dékoa, Kaga Bandoro, Bossemptele, Boali, Yaloke, and Mongoumba.

Not only did the fighters use guns, they also used indiscriminate aerial bombardments according to Fidh

Most of the people killed were buried in mass graves.
