Anne Kansiime, Uganda
Born in 1987 in Kabale, Uganda, Anne Kansiime has quickly become one of the most-celebrated female comedians in Africa. In fact, many people now refer to her as “Africa’s Queen of Comedy.” Kansiime holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science from Makerere University, Uganda. She is best known for her current TV show, “Don’t Mess with Kansiime,” which airs on CitizenTV in Kenya.
