The former barrister is the founder of award-winning HR technology startup Intern Avenue, a platform aimed at helping graduates find internship and employment opportunities.

Recently named as one of the most influential black businesswomen in Britain, Abiola was also nominated for the London Evening Standard’s Entrepreneur of the Year last year.

Having worked as a lawyer on several high profile cases, the 36-year-old has also been featured in the press and on television relating to business, recruitment, and entrepreneurship. She is now the Head of Global Innovation at International Airlines Group.
