Steven Kobby Lartey is a senior Legal Studies Major and International Politics Minor at Ithaca College. He is the current President of the African Students Association. His research interests include epistemic violence in the construction of ‘Third World’ identities, rethinking notions of economic development, the construction of self-authentic and nuanced African stories, neocolonial international institutions and the politics and discourse of Pan-Africanism.
