American tennis sensation Frances Tiafoe gave a glimpse into his star-studded off-court adventures with NFL’s golden duo, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, after he honored a private invite to hang out with them.

Speaking on The Pivot podcast on Tuesday, Tiafoe recalled a surreal moment taking shots with Swift and spending quality time in Kansas City alongside Chiefs stars Kelce and Patrick Mahomes.

“I’ve said it in real time, whoever I’m with, like, ‘Yo, I’m out here taking shots with Taylor Swift,” Tiafoe, 26, told former NFL stars Ryan Clark, Fred Taylor, and Channing Crowder, who co-host the podcast.

“Granted, I gotta keep it a buck, we’re here on ‘The Pivot’ — I’m a Beyonce guy. But at the moment I’m like, man, like, this is crazy, she’s the biggest star out here.

“Then Mahomes and Travis they were like ‘yo, we gotta have you in [Kansas City]. Them saying that is wild to me and then they rolled out the red carpet for me.

“It’s crazy because playing tennis and being able to reach that many people and people want to meet me and hang out and actually do stuff, those are the things, it’s why you do what you do.”

Tiafoe kept details of his star-studded hangouts under wraps but revealed an impressive circle of contacts, including tennis legend John McEnroe and Knicks players Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart, who are part of his texting network, as reported by the New York Post.

The tennis star has yet to make a public appearance with Swift and Kelce. The superstar duo, joined by Mahomes and his wife Brittany, watched as American Taylor Fritz faced off against world No. 1 Jannik Sinner at the US Open on September 8.

Tiafoe’s US Open run ended a day earlier in a five-set battle against Fritz, halting his quest for a maiden Grand Slam title.

Tiafoe went on to say he’s “just regular dude from Maryland,” who isn’t defined by his sport.

“I’ve got a lot of interests outside just hitting a tennis ball, and you can feel that,” he said. “I am who I am in every room. I’m not trying to put on for nobody else.”

Tiafoe admitted he didn’t grasp the extent of his fame until his breakthrough victory over Rafael Nadal at the 2022 U.S. Open.

“It’s amazing how it can just change like that. All of a sudden everybody wants to come and watch, people are hitting me, I’m going to events. It took me a while to take that because I never really saw myself like that. But now I’ve kind of embraced it and it’s helped me for sure.”

Tiafoe is currently No. 17 in the ATP rankings.

He reached the top 10 in singles in 2023.
