Police have arrested an unhinged commuter after a disturbing video showed her violently shoving an elderly woman off a Boston bus, causing the victim to slam face-first on the sidewalk.
On Wednesday night, the MBTA Transit Police announced that detectives have located and arrested the suspect — whose name was not released — after the disturbing September 8 incident in Roxbury, Mass.
Cops revealed that the incident unfolded around 1 p.m. at the intersection of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Warren Street, about 3 miles from Fenway Park.

Jaw-dropping security footage from inside the bus showed the suspect first shoving the elderly woman towards the bus’s open doors as she held on, fighting for her life.
The crazed bus bully then reportedly delivered a second push that forced the elderly woman out of the passenger entry door and face-first onto the hard concrete in front of horrified bus riders.
The senior citizen lay on the ground for nearly 20 minutes before paramedics arrived to treat the passenger, during which bystanders and the bus driver stood over and helped the victim, WHDH reported.
Police stated that the elderly woman was conscious and did not suffer any major injuries after the bus attack by the now-arrested commuter.
Authorities say the unidentified suspect fled the scene before police arrived, and was rolling a baby in a stroller when she committed the heinous alleged assault.
“There were a lot of people there trying to figure out what was transpiring because we just saw an elderly lady fall on the ground and didn’t know what was going on,” a witness named Mark Reeves told WHDH.
Although it took police time to locate the suspect, a woman from the area, Dorothy Stringer, revealed that she could recognize the assailant.
“I’ve seen that girl a lot of times…her attitude needs a change,” Stringer told the outlet.
