Anthony Wall of Warsaw, North Carolina escorted his 16-year-old sister to her prom. Afterwards, they patronized their local Waffle House.

Wall got into a verbal altercation with the servers and a panic button was activated, summoning law enforcement.
When a police officer arrived, the situation escalated; he began to choke Wall.
Warsaw Police Chief Eric Southerland stated that although the circumstance is being investigated, “I wish people would not blow things out of proportion and not let one situation create any additional situations.”
Right. Just another black man being choked here, nothing to see folks.
