Following closely at number 2 is the island of the Bahamas with the second most powerful passport in the Caribbean and the world’s 23rd most powerful passport. The island of Bahamas which is officially known as the Commonwealth of the Bahamas is most popular for having more than 500 islands and white sand beaches and the very popular pink sand beach.
In 2017, Bahamas had the 3rd most powerful passport in the Caribbean following Barbados and Mexico. The state’s increase in visits and number of visa-free states has seen it climb up to number 2 and hold the 23rd global position with 155 visa-free destinations.
