3. Lawmaker since 2015
McClinton, 40, has been a state lawmaker since 2015. She grew up in southwest Philadelphia, where she still lives. She went to La Salle University and continued to Villanova Law School. After she graduated, she worked as a public defender and a state Senate attorney.
