Femi Otedola
Femi Otedola held a controlling stake in the publicly traded Forte Oil, an oil marketing company in Nigeria. He later sold his 74.02% stake to Prudent Energy and Services in June 2019 at the value of $200 million. He is the Founder of Zenon Petroleum and Gas Limited, a petroleum products marketing and distribution company with more than four cargo vessels and more than 100 fuel-tanker trucks.
He is the second largest shareholder in First Bank PLC with a 5.07% stake. He has investments in the energy, real estate, financial, shipping, and insurance industries. Otedola is estimated to be a little below the billion-dollar mark.
