- Baba Rahman. A Ghanaian national, Baba Rahman is a defensive player for the current champions of England, Chelsea FC, and the Black Stars of Ghana. Baba Rahman played every second of Ghana’s campaign at the 2015 African Cup of Nations. He began his career at Dreams FC of the Ghana Division Two. Later he played for Bundesliga club Greuther Furth and FC Augsburg. In 2015, he joined Chelsea for a fee close to £14 million.
