Attiéké

Attiéké, Garba or Acheke is a traditional Ivorian couscous made with ground fermented cassava roots. This street food makes for a good breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the versatility is priceless. The attiéké is served with grilled chicken or fried fish with some sliced onions and tomatoes.
