Taraji P. Henson and Mary J. Blige
Not your usual bedfellows but these two make another power BFF. They have been friends for quite some time and it was evident as Mary J. Blige paid tribute to Taraji P. Henson after she received her long-overdue star in the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2019.
She said of Taraji, “She’s helped me through so many things and brought sunshine to my darkest day, she is an angel.” In turn, Henson also revealed to OprahMag.com that the song that helps her to live her best life is Blige’s hit single “Just Fine.”
