The difference is ingesting the chemical is believed to be more effective. There aren’t any studies conducted to ascertain the additional additives in the pills or long-term side effects.
In February, it was reported that pregnant Ghanaian women were taking pills to change the skin tone of their unborn children. The pills were documented as causing defects to the babies such as injury to their liver, kidney and deformities to their limbs.
