Cuban rapper Chocolate MC has been accused of allegedly kidnapping a fan at gunpoint just because he asked for a photo.

The fan approached MC, whose real name is Yosvanis Sierra Hernandez, outside a Chavez Distributors grocery store in Opa-locka, Fla, per The Post.

Soon after the fan put in the request, he realized from the body language of Chocolate MC that things could soon go south.

According to the arrest report obtained by Local 10 News, the A Veces” singer took the fan into the parking lot of the shopping plaza, “placed a firearm on the victim’s chest and forced him to surrender his vehicle.”

Reports indicate that Chocolate MC also tried to rob the fan.

“Yosvanis Sierra demanded cash from the victim, the victim showed him his wallet, which was empty and had no cash,” the arrest report claimed.

“Yosvanis Sierra demanded the victim send him money via Zell (sic) and give his phone number to the victim to do so. The victim stated he did not have Zell (sic) and was unable to do the transaction.”

Cops say the “Talentazo” performer allegedly forced the fan to “drive him to multiple locations over the course of approximately two hours” in the Miami area, after his attempt to get cash didn’t go as planned.

The horrifying ordeal unfolded in Miami, where most of Sierra Hernandez’s Spotify listeners are based, per data from the streaming platform.
